4. Confirm Order/Design
Depending on your order, it may require a custom design. Approval is required before sampling and production.
5. Production Process
After confirmation, the production will begin. We will closely monitor progress and keep you updated on any significant developments.
6. Quality Control and Final Approval
Before shipment, we’ll conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the product meets your specifications. We’ll send you the results for your final approval.
7. Shipping
Once approved, we’ll arrange for shipment with the appointed freight forwarders and the manufacturer, to ensure the timely arrival of your order to your specified location.
8. Logistics Solutions (Add-on)
Collaborating with freight forwarders and customs brokers at the destination to ensure the shipment is cleared through customs promptly upon arrival in the destination country.
9. Ongoing Support
After delivery, we remain available for any post-order support, ensuring your satisfaction and addressing any follow-up needs.
